The ÌÇÐÄlogo NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD controller family, consisting of the 88SS1321, 88SS1322 and 88SS1323 devices, are focused on enabling next-generation data center, edge computing and client applications by optimizing power-performance, capacity-performance, endurance, reliability and security in ultra small package sizes.? Fabricated on a 12nm process, the devices in the family bring support covering all existing and emerging m.2 (22110 to 2230), BGA, EDSFF and U.2 SSD form factors.

The SSD controllers each support four ONFI and TOGGLE NAND channels, operating at up to 1200MT/s to enable high capacity, high throughput and low latency storage over a wide range of use cases.?
