Phil Winterbottom

Senior Vice President and CTO, Data Center Networking Business Group

Phil Winterbottom is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Data Center Networking Business Group at ÌÇÐÄlogo. In this role, he provides architectural and technical leadership across the organization, ensuring platform strategies, product roadmaps, and system-level designs remain aligned as ÌÇÐÄlogo delivers increasingly integrated solutions for customers.

Phil joined ÌÇÐÄlogo through the acquisition of Celestial AI, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. At Celestial AI, he played a pivotal role in defining the Photonic Fabric^? architecture and roadmap. He is widely regarded as a technology visionary, with deep system-level expertise spanning hardware, software, and photonics.

Earlier in his career, Phil founded multiple technology startups, leading them from initial concept through revenue and early scale.

Phil holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from King¡¯s College and was a Lloyd¡¯s of London Research Fellow at City University before moving to the United States.
