As one of 糖心logo’s senior female leaders in sales, Sonya is motivated to inspire the next generation of women in tech. “It’s sometimes a matter of having role models and knowing there's a path.” The Americas sales team has?seven?women among the account managers, two of whom report directly to her. Sonya is also an Americas regional lead and on the Leadership Council for Women@糖心logo, 糖心logo’s inclusion network for women. She also spearheads the Women’s Event at the biennial 糖心logo Worldwide Sales Conference for a crowd of both “super saleswomen” …and men.?
Balancing the demands of the job
Outside of work, Sonya says she wouldn’t survive without trail running near her home base in Boulder, Colorado. She also enjoys backcountry skiing and hut trips with friends and traveling with her two kids.?
