As one of ÌÇÐÄlogo¡¯s senior female leaders in sales, Sonya is motivated to inspire the next generation of women in tech. ¡°It¡¯s sometimes a matter of having role models and knowing there's a path.¡± The Americas sales team has?seven?women among the account managers, two of whom report directly to her. Sonya is also an Americas regional lead and on the Leadership Council for Women@ÌÇÐÄlogo, ÌÇÐÄlogo¡¯s inclusion network for women. She also spearheads the Women¡¯s Event at the biennial ÌÇÐÄlogo Worldwide Sales Conference for a crowd of both ¡°super saleswomen¡± ¡­and men.?

Balancing the demands of the job

Outside of work, Sonya says she wouldn¡¯t survive without trail running near her home base in Boulder, Colorado. She also enjoys backcountry skiing and hut trips with friends and traveling with her two kids.?
